Original Artwork & Commissions
Each piece of original art is one-of-a-kind, and many items are made specifically for the person who ordered them. Because of that:

All original paintings and drawings are final sales.

Commissioned or custom pieces can’t be refunded or returned.
We appreciate your understanding—these works are created with care, just for you.

Printed Goods
Printed items (as noted and including mugs and bags and accessories) follow a different return policy. Please see our [Printed Goods Return Policy] for details.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged in the mail, we're here to help. Please email us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of:

The damaged item(s)

The packaging

The shipping label

Once reviewed, we’ll issue store credit for the value of the damaged item. This credit can be used on any future purchase and is valid for 6 months.

Please note: We reserve the right to deny credit for repeated claims of damage.
